i) Are you lot trying to activate Function 365 Home Premium?

2) Do you accept multiple versions of Office installed on the computer?

three) How is your calculator connected to the cyberspace (wired or wireless)?

4) Which is the default browser are yous using?

I suggest yous to employ the InPrivate Browsing way in the Net Explorer.

Hi,

I am also facing the same consequence.

The user has Function ProPlus Licenses and the setup was downloaded from IE11 in private browsing mode.

Tried on 2 systems with no firewalls and no proxy server settings yet receiving the same fault.

Please assistance!

One time you complete reset internet explorer

>relaunch the  Office 365 trial.  (give-and-take 2013,excel 2013 and ect.)

i've already follow the word and tried them.

but nonetheless nothing happen/change..

I  had this same upshot. I finally institute out it was considering I had locked down the arrangement due to company security requirements. I had the TLS 1.0 protocol and Triple DES 168 naught disabled. Not sure which was the upshot, but when I re-enabled those 2, information technology activated immediately.
